Bella Cove Lingerie stock a large range of bras and lingerie and your orders will be processed as soon as received. However with the popular sizes and colours, stock may be limited and will be dispatched as soon as replenishment stock has been received. This is generally within a few days of orders being placed.
From time to time some styles will be temporarily unavailable from our suppliers, which will affect our ability to supply the lingerie. In this event we will advise you by return email of the anticipated delivery date, giving you the option to change or cancel your order.
DISPATCHING YOUR ORDER
Our stock leaves our store from Lane Cove in Sydney. Please refer to the Australia Post website for expected delivery time. Approximate time is 1-6 days depending on where you are located.
Please allow 1 – 3 working days for delivery within Australian Metropolitan areas (major cities and surrounding suburbs) and 1-6 working days for regional areas.
$9.95 EXPRESS POST OPTION
Express Post is the quickest way to receive your lingerie. Orders must be placed by 12 noon and Australia Post guarantees next business day delivery to particular postcodes. Please refer to Australia Post website for postcodes.
To avoid disappointment, please click here to find if your suburb falls under express post. If your suburb is not listed, then unfortunately the service is not available in your area and standard delivery time frames apply.
DISPATCHING YOUR ORDER
• All orders placed Monday to Friday before 12 noon, will be dispatched the same day.
• Any orders placed after 12 noon, Monday to Friday will be dispatched the next business day.
• Any orders placed after 12 noon, on a Friday or over the weekend will be dispatched on Monday.
• Signature is not required for delivery.
• All other destinations – $22.50 Flat rate (Airmail)
You will receive your order within 3-15 days, depending on the delivery service and your destination.
Bella Cove Lingerie cannot take responsibility for loss or theft of parcels. Express Post parcels can only be compensated up to $50 for loss or theft according to Australia Post policy and it is at their discretion whether compensation will be granted.
If you are returning goods please retain all receipts for proof of postage in the unlikely event that the parcel is not delivered. We are unable to exchange, refund or credit any goods that have not been received by us.
